I work as an Economist at the German Council of Economic Experts. 

Additionally, I am a Visiting Lecturer at University of Göttingen, teaching the advanced undergraduate course on "Financial Globalization, financial stability, and the real economy". 

My areas of expertise are macroeconomics as well as empirical finance and I hold a PhD in Applied Statistics and Empirical Methods from University of Göttingen.
